My experience with RKC was great! Installed my Metal Awning quickly and at a fair price. Delivered on everything they said they would, would hire again.

We hired RKC to do an overhang for us. Half solid and half lattice. The consult went amazing. Then things got weird. The final Measurement was scheduled and a guy named Bernie came out. He changed the footprint of the whole thing which we went with because he said the way the sales person wrote it up, would not work. We tried to schedule multiple times but get no call back. The office continues to say someone will call us. I call the owner of the company and he reassures me everything is fine and it’s just a communication issue. His cousin Mike then sends me an email that materials are ordered and the job will start in a few days once materials arrive. No joke, a week and a half later we are told the color we want doesn’t come in the ceiling piece. We change it so it will work. Mike then pushes us off for another week and a half by saying materials are to be here Tuesday, then Thursday then says the following Tuesday. Then crickets. It’s now a week past the I stallion date of 6 weeks that we were given. They have half of the payment and things have changed 3 times. Fast forward to the Installation. The guy calls me and sends me a pic of where in the yard it will go out to. Whoa! Things are very wrong and thank god he called. They ordered a 12ft piece that should have been 7ft. So now the poor guy has to cut everything down to readjust the footprint. I also had to pay for almost double of the materials instead of the correct measurements. There are TOO MANY cooks in the kitchen. The I stalker doesn’t know who measured for us and says it makes no sense. (Which is what we thought) Thank god the installer was so good at his job because this whole project is a mess. I have never had any company be so unresponsive to a 11 thousand dollar job. I have also never encountered such an unprofessional person like Mike. He single-handedly made us want to cancel this whole project. If it were simplified to Rick, the I stalker and the sales person, this company would go far. Unfortunately I can not recommend them. The work is great but the process was awful. I wish they would have offered some of our money back when we paid for twice the amount of material that we didn’t need.

I had RKC do a new patio and patio cover 17X53 ft. Part solid and part lattice. It was a very rocky start but the patio cover turned out beautifully. Once the patio installation started it was very quick, just a few days.

I decided to have RKC build a sunroom in my backyard after having five estimations. James did excellent presentation and won the business. He is thoughtful, patient, helpful and reasonable to make our agreement done. Although it toke three months to fully finalize the room, all steps were well done, including design, permits to installation of whole room. All workers, from front office to owner Rick are highly responsible and handling all my questions in a timely manner. Electrician Mike, constructor Tim and roofer Eric all are professional and put customer satisfaction first. I appreciate everyone’s hard and honest work and highly recommend RKC in local construction business.

All were professional and detail oriented. There were companies with good reviews that would not take on the project due to size restrictions. RKC installed the patio cover in about 5 hours.

It was so beautiful we ended up with a second pergola in our front yard!! Amazing and everyone who comes to see our home comments on how beautiful it is! Electric panels too!! Highly recommend RKC!
